Independent supplement reviews

I take the stuff, then I tell you what actually happened.

No sponsored verdicts, no affiliate-first rankings, no "clinically proven" copied off the label. Every product here was bought, taken for four weeks, and written up — including the ones that did nothing at all.

Method

How every product gets scored

The same five questions, in the same order, for everything on this site. A product can have a beautiful label and still fail four of them.

01

Ingredient quality

Named, standardised extracts — or a proprietary blend hiding the doses. One of those is a red flag.

02

Dose vs. the evidence

The studies used a dose. Does the capsule contain it, or a tenth of it? This is where most formulas quietly fail.

03

Formula transparency

Full disclosure of every milligram, or a "proprietary blend" number that tells you nothing.

04

Value for money

Cost per effective daily serving, not cost per bottle. A cheap bottle you take three of is not cheap.

05

Brand trust

Third-party testing, a real address, and what happens when you try to get a refund.
